Shipping
- Shipping is calculated depending on your location and booked during the online checkout process.
- All deliveries are made via external companies.
- Please check estimated shipping times below before selecting your delivery date.
- If you live in the South Brisbane area orders can be picked up from our shop at no charge.
- Return shipping for hire equipment is organised once you have confirmed you no longer require or you would like to cancel the order. You will receive instructions on how to complete this process when your delivery arrives. All return shipping is your responsibility so we always recommend purchasing insurance in case the item is lost by the courier.
- Interstate deliveries on average take between 2 – 5 Business Days.
- We aim to book all courier orders received the same business day when received before 02:00pm.

- Note our shop is based in Queensland and closed during the Queensland public holidays unless stated on our website.
