No Hassle Cancellation / Returns
We understand that things change and it may become necessary to return your knee walker or cancel your knee walker hire. We offer a no hassle policy. Here’s how it works:
To cancel your hire equipment you must notify us within the first 2 days, otherwise you will be charged for the minimum hire period of 2 weeks, for purchases you have 7 days to contact us on 07 3423 0487 or email info@strideonaustralia.com.au. This way we can make a note of it on your account and ensure your maximum refund is issued.
Cancelling your hire
Cancel Your Hire Within 2 Days Contact us on 07 3423 0487 or email info@strideonaustralia.com.au to inform us you will be returning your hired equipment within the 2 days. Repackage your item and arrange courier delivery to our office. Once the hired equipment is received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed less a $50 cancellation fee within ten business days. Any shipping costs are non-refundable. If your hired equipment has not been delivered yet, you must accept delivery of it. Refusing delivery or “Return to Sender” status boxes may result in additional fees deducted from your refund.
Cancel Your Hire After 2 Days
After 2 days from receiving your hired equipment, the hire does not qualify for cancellation and the 2 week minimum hire charge will apply. If you have any unused hire weeks over the 2 week minimum this will be refunded.
Returning your purchase
Returns for new purchases must occur within the first 7 days after deliver. To qualify, the item must be in new, unused condition in its original packaging, or in the case of ex-hire equipment it must be in the same condition it was received in. Contact us on 07 3423 0487 or email info@strideonaustralia.com.au to inform us you will be returning your purchase within the 7 days. Repackage your item and arrange courier delivery to our office. A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund. Once the equipment is received at our office, your refund will be processed within ten business days. Shipping costs are not refundable. If your order has not been delivered yet, you must accept delivery of it. Refusing delivery or “Return to Sender” status boxes may result in additional fees deducted from your refund.
Alternatively if you are in the South Brisbane area you can drop it off to the office to save on courier fees.
